Payments and deposits
When booking the rental of appartments, villas and houses through MM Properties you must make a deposit:
- Initial payment of the booking 30%.
- 1 month before your arrival the remaining 70% is charged.
This amount will be settled by bank transfer to the account number that we will provide you with via the email confirming your booking for the rental of appartments, villas and houses in Menorca, or via the payment methods on our website.
The price includes
- Expenses derived from the use of the property: Gas, electricity and water.
- Sheets and towels for the confirmed number of people.
- Clean and assembled housing on arrival.
- Weekly change of sheets and towels.
- Welcome pack.
- Maintenance service.
The price does NOT include
- Travel insurance.
- Cost of air tickets.
- Transfers from the airport.
- All expenses and material breakages that have been the object of negligence on the part of the tenant.
- Extra cleaning services or other services requested.
- Cradles and high chairs for children confirmed.
Cancellation Policy
MM Porperties regrets any cancellation of reservations. The terms and management fees for the cancellation of your rental of appartments, villas and houses in Menorca are those deposited at the time of booking online.
- If the cancellation is made more than 30 days in advance, the amount paid will be refunded.
- If the cancellation is made with less than 30 days notice the cancellation is non-refundable.
Availability of properties
Appartments, chalets and villas in Menorca will be available for entry from 3pm on the day of arrival, however we will do our best to accommodate your arrival time.
Departure from the appartments, villas and chalets
The rented property must be vacated by 10:00am on the day of departure. In any case, please check beforehand with Reception if you can delay your departure time according to the arrival of the next tenants.
